Does Tile work on both Android and Apple devices?

Yes! Unlike other Bluetooth trackers, Tile works with both Android and iOS devices. Simply download the Tile app from the App Store or Google Play. Tile also integrates with smart home hubs like Alexa – just enable it in your device settings.

How far does the Tile track?

Tile uses Bluetooth technology and it’s range is 250ft/76m for our Mate, Slim and Sticker products. Pro is the most powerful Tile with a range of 400ft/122m. You can also use the Lost and Found network if you have misplaced your item from much further away, for example if you’ve left it on a train or in a café.

How do I set up my Tile?

Simply download the free Tile app from the App Store or Google Play and tap Get Started to create an account and activate your Tile. Be sure to enable Location Access for the app, this ensures the app can function fully and provide you with the most up-to-date location details on your Tile.

How long does the battery last on a Tile?

The Mate, Pro, and Slim models have a three-year sealed battery. The Tile Pro battery lasts for a minimum of one year and is replaceable.

Can I use Tile to locate my phone?

Yes, double-click the button on your Tile. If your phone is within Bluetooth range, it will ring, even if it's on silent.

Can I use Tile for my luggage and on a plane?

Yes, you can place a Tile in your luggage or use a Tile Slim in a luggage tag. Tile’s non-rechargeable lithium batteries are allowed by aviation authorities. The Tile app can show you the last seen location and notify you when your luggage arrives on the carousel.

Is Tile a GPS Tracker?

No, Tile uses Bluetooth technology. Attach a Tile to items like keys, wallets, or bags, and ring the Tile from the free app on your phone using Bluetooth.

What is the QR code on the back of Tile Mate, Pro, and Slim?

Tile Mate, Pro, and Slim feature a QR code on the back as part of Tile's Lost and Found feature. If someone finds your Tile, they can scan the QR code to access the contact details you've provided, making it easier to return your lost item. Learn more here.

How do the different Tile models compare?

All Tile models – Mate, Pro, Slim, and Sticker – offer similar basic functionality. Mate and Pro are ideal for keys, while Slim, the size of a credit card, fits well in wallets and passport holders. The Sticker comes with an adhesive for attaching to items like game controllers, TV remotes, or bike seats.

Do I need a holder or accessory for my Tile?

No additional purchases are necessary to use Tile. However, we offer accessories like luggage tags, passport holders, and credit card wallets in full grain and vegan leather. We also have keyrings in the same materials.

Do I need to pay a subscription to use Tile?

No, a subscription is not required to use Tile. However, Tile Premium offers extra features like 30-day location history, unlimited location sharing, and premium customer service.

What is Life360?

Life360 is a family social networking app that owns Tile. You can connect your Tile account to Life360 and manage your Tiles through the Life360 app.

Can Tile be used for asset tracking?

Yes, many organizations use Tile for asset tracking in various settings like universities, car dealerships, and warehouses. We recommend testing a few Tiles before making a bulk purchase and it is important that you have a good understanding of the functionality as well as limitations of using Tile to track your assets. For bulk orders, we offer custom solutions with no logo print and minimal packaging for the best value. You can add up to 250 Tiles to your Tile account. What are Tile’s eco credentials?

Tile devices are 99% recyclable, including the plastic and battery. Our regular packaging, gift boxes, tags, inserts, and custom printed packaging are fully recyclable, with the custom sleeve being recyclable at specialist plants.

How does Tile compare to an AirTag?

Tile uses Bluetooth and the Life360 network to locate items and is compatible with both Apple and Android devices. This is useful when gifting Tile because all recipients will be able to use it. Tile doesn't require a holder for attachment and offers products for various uses, including keys, bags, wallets, and items needing an adhesive tracker. AirTag, on the other hand, is only compatible with iOS devices and uses the Apple network for tracking via the Find My app.

Can I buy in bulk?

Yes, Branded Tile specializes in fulfilling large quantity orders of Tiles printed with your logo or branding. Our minimum order quantity is 25 and we have no maximum order limit. We hold deep inventory. We do not sell wholesale to retailers.

How do I order?

You can contact us via phone, email, or live chat. If you know which Tile product you want, the quantity, deadline, customization, and packaging, just send us your logo or artwork. We’ll reply with a detailed quote and a virtual proof. If you need more information on products and pricing, just ask and we’ll send you all the details you need to decide or speak to your regular gift distributor.

Yes, you can confidently place an order, whether small or large, and we will fulfil it within the minimum lead times.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The minimum order quantity is 25 units across our entire product range. We can handle orders from 25 to over 10,000 units.

What are the lead times?

Lead times vary based on the product, customization, and packaging options. For our core Tile range, delivery can be as quick as 5 days (+ delivery) including a logo print. More complex orders, like custom printed packaging or tags, have lead times of 12 days. The leather accessories range has lead times between 10-20 days depending on the product.

What is the price?

Prices range from $20 to $100 depending on the product, customization, and packaging options. Prices per unit decrease for larger volume orders. Please enquire for more details on discounts and pricing in other currencies.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship to any destination.

Can you dropship directly to recipients?

Yes, we can handle dropshipping directly to your recipients at an additional cost within the US or UK only.
